This is one of those videos I keep coming back to whenever I need some inspiration.

“Everything around you that you call life, was made up by people that were no smarter than you. And you can change it”

As we grow up we are told all these rules about how we need to live our lives. You need to study well and get good grades. Get a job, save some money, and get married. Buy a house, have kids, and then teach them the same rules.

But what Steve Jobs says in this video is that there is no universal set way to live your life correctly. All these rules that we see around us, were created at some point by people just like you and me. It does not mean that the only way to do things is to follow the status quo.

While I am no visionary like Jobs, I have tried in my life to find new ways to do things. Whether it was studies, jobs, or working out, I always try to not blindly follow what everyone is saying. Rather I try and do what feels right to me.

You need to realize that you can change your life and make it better.
