Nothing good happens after 2 AM
Throughout my life as a student, I have oscillated between being a night owl and an early morning guy. There are months where I stay up till 2 or 3 in the morning, and then there are also times when I regularly wake up by 4:30 AM. The reason being that I love to experiment with my sleeping habits. But one thing that I can say for sure is, a day when I wake up before sunrise has never ever been a bad day.
If you knew something that worked 100% of the time, you would just follow it blindly right. But for some reason, I convince myself from time to time that it would be a good idea to stay up late and work. And I always regret it the next day. This is when I am reminded of the quote from ‘How I met your mother’-
Nothing good happens after 2AM
While the same might not work for you, you might be a highly functioning Night Person. All I know is that If I go to bed at a good time and wake up before 5 AM, I can get a good 2–3 hours of work done before anyone else is up to bother me. And then the rest of the day is significantly less stressful since I know I have already done something productive, and can afford to slack off a bit if I want.
